Most physicians in aesthetic medicine come from dermatology or surgery. My path is different: I come from clinical acute-care medicine.

As a specialist in anesthesiology, I have learned to work precisely under pressure, to know the finest vascular structures blind and to respond to complications within seconds. This routine – which in the emergency department can be the difference between life and death – I bring to every injection.

At the same time, through my further training in general medicine I never look only at a wrinkle but at the whole person. True beauty is often a mirror of inner balance: nutrient supply, hormones, stress levels.

Through special injection techniques, highly effective anesthesia procedures and extremely fine micro-needles, I make your treatment so gentle that you usually feel only a slight tug – well beyond what a numbing cream can achieve.

Aesthetic medicine is medicine – and medicine carries risks. I routinely work with high-resolution ultrasound for vascular mapping before injection. If a reaction does occur: you are with a professional in acute-care medicine. This is not a theoretical advantage – it is daily practiced routine.

In my practice, only products and technologies whose clinical efficacy is documented in reputable studies are used. No trends, no unproven promises. If a procedure is not evidence-based, I do not recommend it – even if it would sell well.

Harmonie der Ästhetik – what it means

Aesthetics is not the removal of flaws. Aesthetics is the bringing-out of harmony. That sounds simple – but it changes everything about how I treat.

Causes, not symptoms

A face does not age uniformly. Bone substance recedes, fat pads shift, the skin becomes thinner. Anyone who treats only the visible wrinkle is treating the wrong problem.

Concept before treatment

Before I set a single injection, I analyze. Your anatomy, your mimic muscles, your skin condition, your goals. The result is an individual plan – not an off-the-shelf menu package.

From within as well as from without

True beauty is a mirror of inner balance. That is why I also consider nutrient supply, hormones and stress levels – and connect aesthetic medicine with wellbeing.

Instant miracle effects. The most effective regenerative treatments need time – 4 to 12 weeks until collagen is built up. Those who understand this are rewarded with more sustained results.

Do you also treat men?

Yes, of course. My patient-focused language on the website is aimed primarily at women, since that is my main target group – but men are equally welcome in my practice and are advised just as individually.

Herzogenaurach lies in the heart of the Nuremberg metropolitan region – well connected from Erlangen, Nuremberg and Fürth, yet away from the hustle. A private practice needs calm, discretion and space for conversation. That is hard to achieve in a city-center practice with crowded waiting rooms. Here I have both: central location and the atmosphere that a good aesthetic consultation needs.

Do I need to come with a specific treatment wish?

No. Many patients come with a vague feeling: "I look somehow tired" or "I want to do something, but I don't know what." That is a perfect starting point for the aesthetics consultation. Together we clarify what suits you and your anatomy.

My clinical career as an anesthesiologist spans many years of experience with highly potent substances, fine injection techniques and dealing with complex anatomical situations.
