Additional medical prescriptions or active substances that become necessary after assessment in connection with a hyaluronidase treatment are billed separately under the GOÄ.
Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
Guide prices under the GOÄ. The size of the area and the effort required are determined by the findings. The final amount is set after the examination and before treatment.
Microneedling

What’s Included in the Price
- A medical examination, not a menu card — history, facial-expression analysis, and informed consent under §630e BGB, before every first treatment.
- Dosage by findings — your muscle determines the amount of active ingredient, not a flat rate.
- Ultrasound for filler treatments — vascular structures are made visible instead of guessed at.
- Anaesthesiology expertise — I treat pain-sensitive areas with medical nerve blocks.
- Follow-up after two weeks — part of the concept, not an extra.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why ranges and not fixed prices?
Because the GOÄ bills medical services, not packages. The scope is only established after the examination — before that, any fixed price would be a guess, or a flat fee that would have to work out regardless of your findings. The ranges show you the framework you’re moving within.
There are offers from €99 per area — why does it cost more here?
Very low-cost offers save money in one of four places: amount of active ingredient, time, qualification, or aftercare. That isn’t necessarily dangerous — but you should know where the saving comes from. Questions you’re entitled to ask any provider: Who examines and treats me? How many units? What does the follow-up check cost?
Is the initial consultation free\?
The consultation costs €50 (specialist consultation €75) and is itself a GOÄ service. If a treatment follows on the same day, the fee is waived entirely — not as a credit toward the treatment, but as a genuine waiver of the separate charge. A billed consultation may also advise you against a treatment.
How often is treatment needed — what does that mean per year?
The effect of botulinum toxin typically lasts several months; many patients plan two to three appointments per year. We discuss this annual arithmetic openly at the first consultation — it matters more than the price of a single session.
