Deep Dive: What Makes Skinvive™ So Special

Most standard skin boosters consist of liquid, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, which is broken down by the body again within a few days (which is why the treatment often has to be repeated). Skinvive™ is different:

  • The VYCROSS® technology: The gel consists of patented, lightly crosslinked hyaluronic acid. It forms a stable, hydrating mesh in the dermis and is only broken down after many months.

No, definitely not. Skinvive™ is not a classic dermal filler for wrinkle injection or volume enhancement. We place the extremely smooth gel superficially in the skin to refill the moisture depots, not to enlarge cheeks or lips.
+ Will I have downtime afterwards (bumps)?
Due to the many small injections, the skin is red immediately after the treatment, and tiny raised areas (like tiny mosquito bites) may be visible. These usually smooth out within 12 to 24 hours as the gel distributes in the tissue. Very rarely, small bruises can occur.
+ When will I see the results and how often do I need to repeat the treatment?
