The concept: cosmetics and medicine in one appointment

Beauty salons are not allowed to inject. Medical practices rarely offer cosmetic treatments, massage or brow care. In my practice, aesthetician and physician work under one roof — the treatment steps are medically coordinated and combined into a single appointment.

The cosmetic part

• Microdermabrasion or a mild chemical peel — chosen according to your skin condition
• Full-body massage
• Eyebrow tinting

Performed by our aesthetician, coordinated with the medical part of the appointment.

The medical part

The appointment starts with a medical consultation and skin assessment. On this basis — and after informed consent — a medical treatment can be part of the session, for example skin booster micro-injections with hyaluronic acid or polynucleotides. Which option makes sense for you is decided together in the consultation — not by a catalogue.

An infusion is deliberately not a fixed component: it is performed only where medically indicated — see infusion medicine for context.

What this appointment is not

No package promises and no “pampering with a syringe“. Every medical component follows the same rules as any other treatment in this practice: indication, informed consent, realistic expectations. Cosmetic and medical services are itemised separately; medical services are billed according to the German GOÄ fee schedule. Costs are discussed transparently in advance.
