Polynucleotides (biostimulation).
Skin rejuvenation at the DNA level.

What if we could not only plump up damaged skin cells with moisture, but actually repair their genetic blueprint? Polynucleotides (highly purified DNA building blocks) are the absolute spearhead of modern biostimulation. They do not act like fillers that merely take up space. They massively boost cell renewal, repair UV damage and are considered the gold standard for dark under-eye circles and fine crepey skin.

The result: Firmer structure, fewer pigments, profound healing.

Transparent medical treatment according to GOÄ from €350.

Medical premium standard:

  • DNA repair: Direct regeneration of light- and structure-related damage
  • Eye specialist: No risk of swelling (Tyndall effect) as with hyaluronic acid
  • Specialist level: Precise microinjections for maximum safety

The Future of Aesthetics: Cellular Reprogramming

For a long time, aesthetic medicine consisted almost exclusively of fillers to smooth out wrinkles. My Harmony of Aesthetics approach goes deeper. Many female patients from the Erlangen, Fürth and Nuremberg area are looking for ways to firm the tissue at its root cause, without altering their face with foreign materials. Polynucleotides are the most scientifically elegant solution for this.

They return to the skin exactly the biological building blocks it needs to repair itself – and do so completely without a mask-like effect.

Deep Dive: How Polynucleotides Work Medically

Polynucleotides (often derived from highly purified fish DNA) are extremely complex molecules that directly integrate into the repair process of the human cell:

  • Maximum fibroblast stimulation: They activate the “sleeper cells” in the tissue to massively produce new collagen (types I and III) as well as elastin. The tissue becomes noticeably denser.
  • Free radical scavenger (cell protection): Polynucleotides bind and neutralize free radicals (oxidative stress caused by sun, smoking, environment), which are primarily responsible for skin aging.
  • The eye area game changer: Unlike hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides do not attract excessive water. That is why they are the world’s best therapy for dark circles, tear troughs and lax eyelid skin, as they do not cause unsightly swelling.

Medical Safety Standard

Especially in the extremely sensitive eye area (periorbital region), medical expertise is indispensable. As a specialist, I use ultra-fine special needles or atraumatic, blunt cannulas for injection in order to protect the tissue as much as possible and to reduce the risk of bruising to a minimum. By using strong numbing creams, the treatment is made extremely comfortable for you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Polynucleotides

+ What is the difference compared to hyaluronic acid skin boosters?
Hyaluronic acid (as used in classic skin boosters) primarily provides immediate hydration. Polynucleotides, on the other hand, are “cell programmers”. They repair the tissue at a structural level. They do not add volume but make the skin fundamentally firmer, more elastic and healthier. As physicians we often combine both approaches for the perfect result.
+ Will I have downtime afterwards (wheals)?
The solution is injected into the skin in the form of tiny depots (small wheals). These are usually absorbed and distributed within 12 to 24 hours. We recommend scheduling the treatment so that you do not have any important social events the following day.
+ How many treatments are needed for a good result?
Because we stimulate the cells to restructure themselves, this biological process takes some time. For optimal tissue regeneration, we recommend a course of 3 to 4 sessions at intervals of 3 to 4 weeks each. We assess the final, tightened result after about 12 weeks.
