Hybrid Bio-Stimulator (CaHA + HA)
Practice Dr. Thomas Ackermann
Hybrid-Biostimulator hybrid biostimulator. Instant lift meets new collagen.
As we age, the skin loses elasticity and begins to sag. Standard hyaluronic fillers do provide immediate volume, but hardly stimulate the skin’s own cell renewal. Hybrid-Biostimulator is the next generation in aesthetics: a hybrid filler. It combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid for an instant lifting effect with microspheres of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), which stimulate your body to produce new, natural collagen over the course of several months.
The result: instantly tightened contours and long-lasting tissue densification.
Transparent medical treatment and billing according to the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ).
Medical premium standard:
- Dual effect: Visible immediately after treatment & continuous improvement
- Lateral lift: Tightening of the outer cheeks without a “pillow face”
- Safety-focused: Tissue-sparing injection with a blunt cannula
Description
Architecture for the Lateral Face
Many women are afraid of fillers because they do not want to look unnaturally “overfilled.” If you simply add volume to the tissue in the middle of the face, you quickly end up with an unnatural, wide shape. My Harmony of Aesthetics approach uses Hybrid-Biostimulator exactly where it is needed: at the sides.
We place this hybrid filler in a fan-shaped pattern in the lateral cheek and jaw area. This gently pulls the sagging tissue backwards and upwards (lifting effect), while the center of the face remains completely natural and untouched.
Deep Dive: How the Hybrid Technology Works
Hybrid-Biostimulator combines two of the most powerful active ingredients in aesthetic medicine in a single injection:
- Phase 1 (Immediate): Cross-linked hyaluronic acid immediately fills in hollow areas and fine lines along the lateral facial contour. You will see the lifting effect on the very same day in the practice.
- Phase 2 (Long-term): Tiny microspheres of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) are embedded in the hyaluron. These form a supporting scaffold in the deeper layers of the skin. Your body’s own cells (fibroblasts) migrate into this scaffold and begin to produce large amounts of new collagen over the following weeks and months.
- Degradation: As the hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down, your newly formed, firm collagen network takes its place. The skin remains durably tightened.
Dr. Ackermann explains: Hybrid-Biostimulator vs. Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA)
I am often asked what the difference is. Hybrid-Biostimulator provides immediate hydration and a gentle lifting effect thanks to the hyaluronic acid it contains – ideal for the lateral face. Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) , on the other hand, contains no hyaluron at all, but pure CaHA. In my practice, we use it for extremely deep, bone-near structural augmentation (chin/jawline) or, in a hyperdiluted form, for pure tissue tightening on the neck and décolleté. We will determine together in the initial consultation which therapy is right for your skin’s needs.
Gentle Technique & Pain Management
As a physician, safety and comfort are my top priorities. Hybrid-Biostimulator is not injected with many sharp needle pricks, but is distributed over a wide area from just one tiny entry point per side of the face using a long, flexible, blunt cannula. This protects nerves and blood vessels (hardly any bruising). The product already contains the anesthetic lidocaine. Combined with my medical pre-numbing, the treatment is extremely low in pain.
