Light earrings can be worn again after 24 hours. I recommend pausing heavy earrings for 48 to 72 hours — so that the hyaluronic acid can settle optimally and no tension is placed on the freshly treated tissue.

For a stretched, but not completely torn, earlobe piercing hole, hyaluronic acid can stabilize the tissue around the hole — the hole appears smaller and earrings fit better again.
