No, it is not painful, but it can be intense. While the acid is on the skin, you will feel a strong tingling, prickling, or a distinct sensation of heat. As soon as we medically neutralize the acid, this feeling stops immediately. We also cool the skin concurrently to maximize your comfort.
+ What do I need to consider after the peel?
