Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) Biostimulator.
Firm contours without puffiness.

Many classic hyaluronic acid fillers attract water, which can make the face look doughy or unnaturally „puffy“ in the long run. Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) works completely differently. It is based on bio-identical calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) and does not bind water. We use this extremely versatile preparation in my practice in two ways: Either pure for razor-sharp, firm facial contours (e.g., jawline) or highly diluted as a pure collagen booster to tighten wrinkled skin on the neck and décolleté.

The result: Maximum firmness and natural collagen regeneration in the deep layers.

Transparent medical treatment and billing according to GOÄ.

Premium Medical Standard:

  • No „Pillow Face“: Does not attract water, retains exact shape
  • Cell Regeneration: Stimulates the body’s own collagen and elastin
  • Specialist Level: Hyperdiluted technique for neck, décolleté & body

Description

Double Power for Your Skin Architecture

The concept of Harmony of Aesthetics means to me choosing exactly the right tool for your individual anatomy. Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) is one of the most powerful tools in modern aesthetics because it doesn’t just fill, but fundamentally repairs the skin’s structure. The active ingredient calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) occurs naturally in the human body in a similar form, making it excellently compatible.

For my patients from the Erlangen, Fürth and Nuremberg area, I use Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) in two completely different techniques, depending on the desired goal:

Deep Dive: Undiluted vs. Hyperdiluted

  • 1. Pure (The Lifting & Contouring Effect) When we inject undiluted Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) deep over the bone, it acts like a liquid implant. Since it does not swell, it is perfect for sharply redefining a sagging jawline, building up the chin, or lifting sunken cheeks (malar bones). The supporting framework is immediately visible.
  • 2. Hyperdiluted (Pure Biostimulation) If we mix the product with a special saline solution (Hyperdiluted technique), it completely loses its volume effect. We then use it broadly under the skin as a pure collagen booster. The microspheres force the cells to massively produce new collagen. This is the medical standard against extremely crepey skin on the neck, décolletage, upper arms, or abdomen.

Dr. Ackermann explains: Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) vs. Hybrid-Biostimulator

I am often asked about the difference between these two premium products. Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) is Hybrid-Biostimulator, on the other hand, is a hybrid: In addition to CaHA, it also contains hyaluronic acid. This provides immediate hydration and a gentle lifting effect – perfect for tightening the lateral cheek areas. In the initial consultation, we will jointly decide which profile best suits you.

Your Safety and Pain-Free Treatment

Since we build and stimulate tissue with Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA), precise medical injection technique is essential. I mostly use atraumatic, blunt cannulas that glide gently through the tissue without injuring blood vessels (minimizing the risk of bruising). Since the product itself already contains the anesthetic Lidocaine, the treatment, combined with my anesthesiological expertise, is extremely pain-free.

Frequently Asked Questions about Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA)

+ How long do the results last?
Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) offers a dual effect: immediate volume building (when used pure) and a long-term effect through the body’s own collagen production. The results are very long-lasting and can often persist for 12 to 18 months (sometimes longer), depending on your metabolism and the amount injected.
+ Can I have Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA)
No. Unlike pure hyaluronic acid fillers, which can be immediately dissolved with an enzyme (hyaluronidase) in an emergency, this is not possible with calcium hydroxylapatite. The product is broken down by the body itself over several months. Precisely for this reason, this preparation should only be administered by an experienced doctor who has exact knowledge of the anatomy.
+ Is Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) suitable for the lips?
Absolutely not. Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (CaHA) is a firm structural product and is never injected into soft, muscular tissue such as the lips, under the eyes (tear trough), or into superficial wrinkles. For these areas, we use highly flexible, soft hyaluronic acid fillers.
