To be able to offer you medical treatments, medical aesthetics, and cosmetic enhancements in a legally and fiscally impeccable manner, we strictly divide our services into four clear areas. This provides you and us with maximum planning security and legal transparency.

1. GOÄ Private (Medical Treatment)

For medically indicated treatments for privately insured individuals (e.g., migraine therapy, medical ultrasound, pain therapy).

  • Billing strictly according to the German Fee Schedule for Physicians (GOÄ).
  • VAT-exempt.
  • Submission to private health insurance (PKV) or civil servant’s aid regularly possible.

2. GOÄ Public (Medical Treatment)

Naturally, our medical services are also available to publicly insured individuals (self-payers).

  • Billing also strictly according to GOÄ.
  • VAT-exempt.
  • Reimbursement by public health insurance (GKV) is generally excluded in a private practice.

3. Medical Aesthetics

Treatments that necessarily require medical expertise but have no medical indication (e.g., wrinkle injections, biostimulators).

  • Calculation based on GOÄ including treatment contract.
  • Purely aesthetic purpose.
  • Legally subject to an additional 19% VAT (subject to sales tax).

4. Purely Cosmetic Services

Classic cosmetic treatments for pure care and beautification (e.g., superficial apparatus-based cosmetics, Drip Spa).

  • Billing legally separate through our cosmetic institute.
  • Transparently fixed prices in advance.
  • Legally subject to an additional 19% VAT (subject to sales tax).

At a Glance: The Billing Facts

Payment Methods EC card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash. (Payment is made immediately after the treatment).
Laboratory Costs Will be billed to you separately, directly, and transparently by our external specialized laboratory.
Treatment Contract For aesthetic procedures, you will receive a written contract in advance that precisely fixes the costs. No hidden additional payments.

Frequently Asked Questions about Billing

+What does an initial consultation cost?
According to the German Medical Devices Act (Heilmittelwerbegesetz) and the German Schedule of Fees for Medical Services (GOÄ), a well-founded, reputable medical consultation is never “free”. We take ample time for your initial medical history and skin analysis. For this, we charge a fee (usually approx. 30–80 €). Should you decide to proceed with a treatment immediately afterwards, this consultation fee will generally be credited towards the treatment service.
+Why can’t I find fixed package prices on the website?
Because every person and every anatomy is unique. We practice reputable medicine, not bulk sales. The German Schedule of Fees for Medical Services (GOÄ) also prohibits medical professionals from advertising fixed package prices without a prior examination. Our promise to you: After the examination and before the first step, you will know the exact costs.
+Does my health insurance cover treatments like Botox?
Purely aesthetic treatments for wrinkle reduction are never covered by health insurance. However, if there is a strict medical indication (such as chronic migraine or severe teeth grinding/bruxism), private health insurance companies very often cover the costs for botulinum therapy. For those with statutory health insurance, this remains a purely out-of-pocket expense.
